Group Order Inquires

J’s Creations gladly accepts group orders. We can assist you with the design concept, payment options and shipping. Twelve (12) or more pieces is the general minimum required for group orders. A lower minimum may be considered depending on the garment type and embroidery/printing method. A consultation will be scheduled to discuss the group order specifications.

Group orders generally take 2 – 4 weeks to complete, depending on garment type and embroidery/printing method. Once payment is received on or before the order deadline, supplies will be ordered and production will begin. A non-refundable deposit is required for the artwork creation and proof. The proof will have to be approved before group payment is accepted. The deposit will be applied to your final invoice/pricing for the group order. If the minimum order is not met or the group decides to cancel, the deposit will not be refunded. Any individual orders submitted will be refunded.
