We aim to provide the best customer experience. Here are our most frequently asked questions.

You have arrived! J’s Creations is an online store based out of Alabama. We currently do not have a physical retail location and we operate exclusively online.

Processing time is 8-15 business days for Embroidery Items. If you order today your order should arrive to you within 3 weeks. Processing Time is the time it takes from when you place the order to when your order is shipped out of our facility. We aim to send out your products as fast as possible but during busy periods we may not be able to meet these timescales.

Traditional monogram style is First name initial, LAST name initial, Middle Initial (the last name initial larger in the middle.) When ordering, you will be asked to give us your initials in order first LAST middle. If you would like it a different way than traditional, please let us know by making a note on the order so there is no confusion! If you are married, your monogram should go First name initial, Married Last name Initial, Maiden Name initial. For married couples – Brides first name, Married Last name, Grooms first name.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service at this time.

If you find an error on your order confirmation, please Contact us immediately! Please note once your order has been placed, we are sometimes limited on the changes we can make.

Yes! We gladly offer a discount for bulk/group orders. Please complete the custom order form and we will contact you to discuss our discount as it relates to your request.

J’s Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our facility, we have the same tracking information available to us as you. We do suggest waiting at least 24 hours after an item is marked as ‘delivered’ because sometimes the postal service scans packages early. We suggest checking with neighbors and your local post office as well! As a small company, we do our best to please our customers and wish this was something we had more control over. If your order was lost or stolen, please contact us and we can do our best to have the item reordered/remade for you at the lowest price possible!

Shipping and Tracking:
Once your item(s) have been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. Please use this tracking number to monitor the progress and updates on your shipment. You can track your package through the shipping provider’s website or contact their customer support for assistance.

Insurance: We take precautions to ensure that all packages are shipped with proper packaging and protection. Additionally, all packages are insured to safeguard against damages during transit. In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please take pictures of the damaged items and packaging. You will need this evidence to file a claim with the shipping provider.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages: Once your package has been shipped, J’s Creations is not responsible for any delays, loss, or theft that may occur during transit. We recommend monitoring the tracking information closely and contacting the shipping provider for any concerns or issues. If you encounter any problems, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

Assistance and Support: We strive to provide excellent customer service and support. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance with your shipment, please feel free to contact our customer support team. We are here to help and will respond to your inquiries as promptly as possible.

Please note that this shipping policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates or modifications.

All orders take 7 – 21 business days to process as they are made to order for you once we receive your order. We appreciate your patience and your sweatshirt will be there before you know it! All sales are final and we do not accept refunds or exchanges.

Please note, I do not take returns on custom items; ALL items are custom and made to order. Feel free to send me a message and ask any and all questions you wish before purchasing. This product is made with with high quality materials. All of my items and products are created in a smoke free and pet free home. If you would like a specific customization such as your name/year just contact me and we can make that happen!

Return Policy

Customized products from J’s Creations are final sale due to the personalized nature of customized gifts. If you receive your order and are unhappy for any reason, please Contact Us so we can help you! If you purchase something that is not personalized, you can Start Your Return now! If there is a mistake on our end, we will be glad to fix it or offer you a refund.  If we have made a mistake, please contact us ASAP.  Your item will only be remade/refunded if you have contacted us within 5 days of receiving your item.

With this being said, PLEASE follow all directions when placing an order and double check that everything is correct! 🙂  Use our sizing charts listed as a reference as well.

Before Starting Your Return, please review our return policy and restrictions below.

All customized products are final sale due to the personalized nature of customized gifts.

If your order is flawed because of a mistake on our part, we’ll replace it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

If you’re unhappy with your order because of a mistake on your part, we’ll help you fix it and share the cost of replacing it.


If your order qualified for a free gift with purchase and the item(s) returned result in your order subtotal falling below the qualifying amount, the free gift must be returned. If you choose to keep the free gift, the retail value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Because merchandise is available in limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. We suggest placing a new order for any items you want and following our return policy as outlined above.

Some restrictions may apply.

If an item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn, unwashed and with the original tags/boxes attached. If items are returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, stains or damaged, they are not eligible for return.

Shipping charges on orders are non-refundable. We are also unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. You can send your package back to us using the trackable shipping method of your choice. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in the mail and we cannot issue any refunds for them.

If for any reason the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements, we have the right to deny the return.

Refunds (if applicable) must be issued to the original form of payment. If this is not possible, refunds will be issued in the form of a online gift code.

Orders ship from AL within 1 -2 weeks.

Need your order faster? At checkout under the “Payment” section, select the “RUSH order processing” checkbox. This fee moves your order to the top of our production schedule. Rush fee does not affect shipping transit time.

Orders placed during major sales or containing free gifts could take an additional day or two.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 12-24 business hours for tracking to update online.

Standard shipping ships via USPS First Class and has a transit time of 2-10 days. Priority ships via USPS has a transit time of 2-5 days. Please note we are seeing transit time delays due to the volume of packages as a result of an extreme increase to online orders due to Covid-19.
